Hi, my name is Kara.

My son introduced me to the idea of binaural beats and brain entrainment and I was fascinated.  I had to go out and get myself a pair of noise cancelling headphones as you must listen with headphones for the beats to be effective.

I have been trying to learn all I can about brain entrainment ever since and certainly have my favorites that I like to listen to at night when falling asleep.
