Has anyone ever won an anxiety disorder?
I have social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I on Prozac and Buspar, but I still feel like shit. Has anyone ever won an anxiety disorder, with medication or meditation or something?
I have social anxiety disorder, and possibly even generalized anxiety disorder. I'm not at all, but it helps to talk to people on Yahoo! Answers times. Helping other people and talk to those who I do not know, sometimes they make me feel better because at least I'm doing something for other people. It gets exasperating to have to talk to people in person, and nobody understands that, because I am a talkative person. But only helps you focus on something else for a while when I'm alone this "phase". Usually I stay in solitude, and read and write much, and I think that helps when I want to escape peer pressure and social unrest. I do not think the drugs really help a person, are just ways for doctors to screw you over and make money with your suffering. There is really nothing one can do when it comes to anxiety, except to push themselves out of the house and forced to talk to other people (I have not done that yet and probably never will, but it helps to just think in me doing that sometimes ....).
