I have MAJOR anxiety whether I’m at home or at work or all by myself. What medicine works for you?

This anxiety is not brought on my social interaction or stress or anything. It just happens. It’s like I’m on an anxiety roller coaster all day! One minute I’ll be fine, the next minute it feels like there’s a whole in my chest and I can’t breathe and I don’t want to go out anywhere or even pick up the phone! And then like a half hour later I’ll be fine and call my friends up and want to hang out but later while hanging out the anxiety pops up again!

I wanna know, for those who have anxiety that cannot be cured by breathing deeply and meditation and stuff, what kind of meds work well for you? Thank you!



Fluoxitine works for me for taking long term. Ativan works for the short term.

And Lexapro works for my bud and also Xanax for short term.
