Countless people through fifty centuries have practiced meditation for peace of mind and body health. Includes 55 million Google results meditation. How can a normal person to learn anything useful about a topic so broad?

Well, there are 206 bones in the human body, with a number of muscles, ligaments, tissues, brain cells, and all other parts of the scientific study. But every ordinary person knows enough about your body to stay conscious and walking around the world.

We know our bodies that live in them.

So here is a simple and practice to learn about meditation, living with him for a few months. Most people find that daily meditation practices such as this helps them be more calm, relaxed, energized, and alert so they can work and play more happy.

There is a ticket to nirvana or enlightenment (what words mean), or self-hypnosis. On the other hand, is more than self-talk or read inspirational literature.

What is it? To find out, practice the instructions below.

Before you start, choose a "word" of his own – a nice two-or three-syllable sound that has no no literal meaning to you. (You can call a mantra, if you like.) Use this same word each time you do this meditation.

You can make the word up by itself, or combine syllables in a random index phone book – for example, Ani, Granal, Ohana, Renkah, Simonu – or you can ask a teacher of meditation their trust.

After you choose your word, do the following:

1.Sit in a comfortable position.
2.Close his eyes.
3.Gently think his word to himself in his mind. Repeat. (Take your time.) Repeat this. Keep repeating.
4.Soon you realize that you're thinking about something else, not It's your word. Gently, without scolding yourself, start thinking about the word again.
5.After In 20 minutes, but think of your word, open your eyes, and congratulate yourself in perfect meditation.

Make this practice once or twice a day for 100 days (but if you lose one day be kind to yourself and keep practicing).

Then, on day 100, ask yourself how you feel. Ask your mental clarity and emotional strength improved? Would not you like continue its practice?
